Nesan Govender is a Managing Director at Accenture, focused on consulting to Financial Services clients. He currently leads Accenture’s financial service practice in Indonesia as well as their financial service human capital services practice. Prior to this, he led Accenture’s global multinational client portfolio in ASEAN from 2013 to 2015.

During his time in financial services, he’s been involved in business development, operating model development, performance management strategy, transformation roadmap formulation, journey management, personal and business banking operating model design, business architecture, human resources service delivery and human resources strategy.

Nesan is passionate about helping his clients succeed by ensuring that the right processes and people are in place. With the shift towards automation, employees have to learn new skills to stay relevant in this new digital economy.
